Hizmet Koşulları

Son güncelleme: 17.06.2026. Bu Koşullar genel bilgilendirme amacıyla sağlanır ve hukuki tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.

1. Bu Koşulların Kabulü

Bu Hizmet Koşulları ("Koşullar"), İstanbul, Türkiye merkezli gnoapps ("gnoapps", "biz" veya "bize") tarafından işletilen StarDust mobil uygulamasına ve gnoapps web sitesine (birlikte "Hizmet") erişiminizi ve bunları kullanımınızı düzenler. Bir hesap oluşturarak, Hizmet'e erişerek veya Hizmet'i kullanarak, bu Koşullar ile referans yoluyla bu Koşulların bir parçası hâline gelen Gizlilik Politikamıza bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmamalısınız.

2. Uygunluk ve Yaş Şartı

Hizmet'i kullanabilmek için en az 17 yaşında olmalısınız. StarDust; not bırakma, galaktik akış ve kozmik bağ (resonance) gibi sosyal özellikler içerdiğinden, Hizmet'in tamamı 17 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. Hizmet'i kullanarak 17 yaşında veya daha büyük olduğunuzu ve bu Koşulları akdetmek için yasal ehliyete sahip olduğunuzu beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz. Kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak yaş kanıtı talep edebilir; bu şartı karşılamayan hesapların özelliklerini kısıtlayabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hizmet 17 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve onların Hizmet'i kullanmasına bilerek izin vermeyiz.

3. Hesaplar

Belirli özellikleri kullanabilmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamayı ve bu bilgileri güncel tutmayı kabul edersiniz. Giriş bilgilerinizi korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz bir kullanımdan şüphelenirseniz, aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden bizi derhal bilgilendirmelisiniz. Giriş bilgilerinizi korumamanızdan kaynaklanan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Hesabınızı paylaşamaz, satamaz veya devredemez; başka birinin kimliğini kullanarak ya da yetkisiz olarak başkası adına hesap oluşturamazsınız.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım ve Topluluk Davranışı

StarDust, sizi diğer insanlarla buluşturan sosyal ve eşleştirme özellikleri içerir. Topluluğu güvende tutmak için aşağıdakileri yapmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz:

Çocuk güvenliği konusunda sıfır tolerans gösteririz. gnoapps, her türlü çocuğun cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsünü (CSAE) ve çocuğun cinsel istismarına ilişkin materyali (CSAM) yasaklar. Bu tür içerikleri kaldırır, sorumlu hesapları kapatır, ilgili verileri muhafaza eder ve ihlalleri yasaların gerektirdiği şekilde Kayıp ve İstismara Uğrayan Çocuklar Ulusal Merkezi'ne (NCMEC) ve kolluk kuvvetleri ile yetkili makamlara bildiririz. Bir endişenizi, uygulama içi bildirim araçlarıyla ya da aşağıdaki adresten bizimle iletişime geçerek istediğiniz zaman bildirebilirsiniz.

Yeni insanlarla sorumlu bir şekilde tanışmanızı teşvik ederiz. Astrolojik uyum ve eşleştirme sonuçları; bir güvenlik taraması, adli sicil kontrolü ya da başka bir kişinin güvenilir veya güvende olduğuna dair herhangi bir gösterge değildir. Kişisel bilgilerinizi paylaşmadan veya biriyle yüz yüze görüşmeden önce sağduyulu davranın ve güvenli, halka açık yerlerde buluşun. gnoapps, kullanıcılar hakkında adli sicil kontrolü yapmaz ve hiçbir kullanıcının çevrimiçi veya çevrimdışı davranışından sorumlu değildir. Uygulama içi araçlarla diğer kullanıcıları engelleyebilir ve bildirebilirsiniz; bu Koşulları ihlal ettiğine veya başkaları için risk oluşturduğuna makul olarak inandığımız hesapları inceleyebilir, kaldırabilir, kısıtlayabilir, askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

5. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Fikrî Mülkiyet

"Kullanıcı İçeriği"; profiliniz, fotoğraflarınız, mesajlarınız, doğum verileriniz ve diğer bilgiler dâhil olmak üzere Hizmet aracılığıyla gönderdiğiniz, paylaştığınız veya yayımladığınız her şey anlamına gelir. Kullanıcı İçeriğinizin mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Kullanıcı İçeriği göndererek gnoapps'a, bu içeriği yalnızca Hizmet'i işletmek, sunmak, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek amacıyla barındırma, saklama, çoğaltma, görüntüleme, uyarlama ve işleme hakkı veren dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telifsiz, alt lisans verilebilir ve devredilebilir bir lisans tanırsınız. Bu lisans; içerik, henüz silmemiş başka kişilerle paylaşıldığı durumlar ile yasaya uymak için saklamamız gereken durumlar hariç olmak üzere, Kullanıcı İçeriğinizi veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer. Kullanıcı İçeriğinizin sahibi olduğunuzu veya gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu ve bu içeriğin herhangi bir üçüncü tarafın haklarını ihlal etmediğini ya da hiçbir yasayı çiğnemediğini beyan edersiniz. Kullanıcı İçeriğinizden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz; içeriği izlemekle yükümlü olmamakla birlikte, bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabiliriz.

6. gnoapps Fikrî Mülkiyeti

Yazılımı, tasarımı, metni, grafikleri, logoları, "StarDust" ve "gnoapps" adları ve markaları, astronomik ve astrolojik hesaplamaları, içeriği ve tüm ilgili fikrî mülkiyet dâhil olmak üzere Hizmet, gnoapps'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve geçerli fikrî mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Bu Koşullara tabi olmak kaydıyla, Hizmet'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için kullanmanıza yönelik sınırlı, kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans tanırız. Açıkça izin verilen durumlar dışında, Hizmet'in hiçbir bölümünü kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya bunlardan türev çalışmalar oluşturamaz ya da herhangi bir mülkiyet bildirimini kaldıramazsınız.

7. Satın Almalar, Abonelikler ve Faturalandırma

Hizmet'in bazı bölümleri ücretli olarak sunulabilir; buna tek seferlik satın almalar ile otomatik yenilenen abonelikler ("Ücretli Özellikler") dâhildir. Fiyatlar ve nelerin dâhil olduğu, satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir. Bir mobil uygulama mağazası (Apple App Store veya Google Play gibi) üzerinden yapılan satın almalar, ilgili mağaza tarafından işlenir ve ayrıca o mağazanın koşullarına tabidir; tam ödeme bilgilerinizi almaz veya saklamayız. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece aynı süre için geçerli güncel fiyat üzerinden otomatik olarak yenilenir ve hesabınız bu süre içinde uygulama mağazanız aracılığıyla ücretlendirilir. Abonelikleri uygulama mağazası hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; uygulamayı silmek bir aboneliği iptal etmez. İade işlemleri, zorunlu tüketici hukukunun (cayma hakkı dâhil) size doğrudan iade hakkı tanıdığı durumlar hariç, uygulama mağazası tarafından kendi politikaları uyarınca yürütülür. Ücretli Özelliklere ilişkin fiyatları ve dâhil edilen özellikleri ileriye dönük olarak değiştirebilir; aktif abonelikler için makul bir bildirimde bulunuruz.

8. Eğlence Amaçlı Kullanım Beyanı — Profesyonel Tavsiye Değildir

StarDust yalnızca eğlence ve kişisel düşünce amaçlıdır. Doğum haritaları, burç yorumları, transitler, günlük okumalar ve kozmik rezonans ve bağ özellikleri dâhil olmak üzere tüm astroloji içeriği yalnızca eğlence ve kişisel düşünce amacıyla sunulur ve hiçbir şekilde profesyonel tavsiye değildir. Tıbbi, ruh sağlığına ilişkin, psikolojik, psikiyatrik, hukuki, mali, yatırımsal veya ilişki tavsiyesi ya da danışmanlığı değildir ve böyle bir tavsiye olarak dayanak alınmamalıdır. Astrolojik yorumlar, uyum puanları ve eşleşmeler bilimsel değildir, öngörü değildir ve tanışabileceğiniz herhangi bir kişinin karakteri, niyetleri, güvenliği veya uygunluğu dâhil olmak üzere hiçbir sonucu garanti etmez. Sağlığınız, finansınız, ilişkileriniz, güvenliğiniz veya yaşamınız hakkındaki önemli kararları Hizmet'in sunduğu içeriğe dayanarak almamalısınız. Gerektiren her konuda mutlaka yetkin bir profesyonelin görüşünü alın. Astronomik veriler (yıldız haritaları ve gezegen konumları gibi) genel bilgilendirme ve eğitim amaçlı sunulur, hatalar içerebilir ve navigasyon, bilimsel veya diğer kritik amaçlarla kullanılmamalıdır.

9. Garanti Vermeme

Hizmet, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık, zımni veya yasal hiçbir türde garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur; buna ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk ve ihlal etmeme konularındaki zımni garantiler de dâhildir. Hizmet'in kesintisiz, güvenli, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını ya da herhangi bir içeriğin, eşleşmenin veya sonucun beklentilerinizi karşılayacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Bazı yargı bölgeleri belirli garantilerin hariç tutulmasına izin vermediğinden, yukarıdaki istisnaların bir kısmı sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.

10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Geçerli yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, gnoapps ile kurucuları, çalışanları ve iş ortakları; Hizmet'i kullanımınızdan (veya kullanamamanızdan), diğer kullanıcılarla (çevrimiçi veya çevrimdışı) etkileşimlerinizden ya da herhangi bir içerikten kaynaklanan veya bunlarla ilgili dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal, caydırıcı veya cezai zararlardan ya da kâr, veri, itibar veya diğer maddi olmayan kayıplardan sorumlu olmayacaktır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmet'le ilgili tüm taleplere ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde Hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutar ile yüz avro (100 EUR) arasından yüksek olanı aşmayacaktır. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm; ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel yaralanmaya ilişkin sorumluluk ya da hile sorumluluğu dâhil olmak üzere, yasal olarak hariç tutulamayacak veya sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu hariç tutmaz veya sınırlandırmaz.

11. Tazminat

Geçerli yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; Kullanıcı İçeriğinizden, Hizmet'i kullanımınızdan, diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinizden ya da bu Koşulları veya herhangi bir yasayı ya da üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan veya bunlarla ilgili her türlü talep, sorumluluk, zarar, kayıp ve makul masraflara (makul avukatlık ücretleri dâhil) karşı gnoapps ile kurucularını, çalışanlarını ve iş ortaklarını tazmin etmeyi ve zarardan ari tutmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu hüküm, bir talebin bizim bu Koşulları ihlal etmemizden veya ihmalimizden kaynaklandığı ölçüde ya da bu tür bir tazminin zorunlu yasayla sınırlandırıldığı durumlarda uygulanmaz.

12. Fesih

Hizmet'i kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı uygulama üzerinden silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde, yasanın gerektirmesi durumunda ya da Hizmet'i veya diğer kullanıcıları korumak için, Hizmet'e erişiminizi kısmen veya tamamen, bildirimli ya da bildirimsiz olarak istediğimiz zaman askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine Hizmet'i kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erer. Niteliği gereği fesihten sonra da geçerli kalması gereken hükümler — fikrî mülkiyet, kullanıcı içeriği lisans koşulları, sorumluluk reddi beyanları, sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması, tazminat ve uygulanacak hukuk dâhil — yürürlükte kalır.

13. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardan veya Hizmet'ten kaynaklanan ya da bunlarla ilgili her türlü uyuşmazlığın çözümünde, size ikamet ettiğiniz yerdeki mahkemelerde veya tüketici hakem heyetleri önünde başvuru yapma hakkı tanıyan zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarınız saklı kalmak kaydıyla, İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin münhasır yetkili olacağını kabul edersiniz.

14. Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yaparsak, bunlar yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama aracılığıyla veya e-posta gibi yollarla makul bir bildirimde bulunuruz. Yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi, bu Koşulların en son ne zaman gözden geçirildiğini gösterir. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, gözden geçirilmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmayı bırakmalısınız.

15. Genel Hükümler

Bu Koşullar; Gizlilik Politikası ve satın almalarınıza uygulanan uygulama mağazası koşullarıyla birlikte, Hizmet'e ilişkin olarak sizinle gnoapps arasındaki tüm sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Herhangi bir hükmün uygulanamaz olduğu tespit edilirse, kalan hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalır. Herhangi bir hakkı veya hükmü uygulamamamız, ondan feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşulları onayımız olmadan devredemez veya temlik edemezsiniz; biz bunları bir bağlı kuruluşa ya da bir birleşme, devralma veya varlık satışı bağlamında devredebiliriz. Makul kontrolümüz dışındaki olaylardan kaynaklanan herhangi bir aksaklık veya gecikmeden sorumlu değiliz. Hizmet, kontrolümüzde olmayan ve sorumlu olmadığımız üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine bağlantılar veya bunlarla entegrasyonlar içerebilir.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17.06.2026. These Terms are provided for general information and do not constitute legal advice.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StarDust mobile application and the gnoapps website (together, the "Service"), operated by gnoapps ("gnoapps", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. Because StarDust includes social features — leaving notes, a galactic feed, and cosmic connections — the entire Service is intended for users aged 17 or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We may, at our discretion, request proof of age, and we may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to anyone under 17, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it.

3. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account using another person's identity or on behalf of someone else without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

StarDust includes social and matching features that connect you with other people. To keep the community safe, you agree that you will not:

Child safety is a zero-tolerance matter. gnoapps prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. We remove such content, terminate the accounts responsible, preserve relevant data, and report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement and competent authorities as required by law. You can report a concern at any time through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at the address below.

You are encouraged to meet new people responsibly. Astrological compatibility and matching results are not a safety screen, a background check, or any indication that another person is trustworthy or safe. Use good judgment before sharing personal details or meeting anyone in person, and meet in safe, public places. gnoapps does not conduct criminal background checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. You may block and report other users through the in-app tools, and we may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

"User Content" means anything you submit, post, or share through the Service, including your profile, photos, messages, birth data, and other information. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant gnoapps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and process that content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must retain it to comply with law. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. You are solely responsible for your User Content, and we are not obligated to monitor it, though we may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. gnoapps Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the "StarDust" and "gnoapps" names and marks, astronomical and astrological computations, content, and all related intellectual property, is owned by gnoapps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or remove any proprietary notices.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Parts of the Service may be offered for a fee, including one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions ("Paid Features"). Prices and what is included are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases made through a mobile app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) are processed by that store and are also subject to its terms; we do not receive or store your full payment details. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged through your app store within that window. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies, except where mandatory consumer law (including any statutory right of withdrawal) grants you a right to a refund directly. We may change prices and the features included in Paid Features on a forward-looking basis, with reasonable notice for active subscriptions.

8. Entertainment Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

StarDust is for entertainment and self-reflection only. All astrology content — including birth charts, horoscopes, transits, daily readings, and cosmic resonance and connection features — is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and is not professional advice of any kind. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, mental health, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or relationship advice or counseling. Astrological interpretations, compatibility scores, and matches are not scientific, are not predictions, and do not guarantee any outcome, including the character, intentions, safety, or suitability of any person you may meet. You should not make important decisions about your health, finances, relationships, safety, or life based on the content provided by the Service. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any matter that requires it. Astronomical data (such as star maps and planet positions) is provided for general informational and educational purposes, may contain inaccuracies, and must not be used for navigation, scientific, or other critical purposes.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content, matches, or results will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gnoapps and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, your interactions with other users (whether online or offline), or any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless gnoapps and its founders, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these Terms or our negligence, or where such indemnification is restricted by mandatory law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, user-content license terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the Istanbul Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices (Istanbul Çağlayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that grant you the right to bring proceedings before the courts or consumer arbitration committees in your place of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as through the app or by email, before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any app store terms that apply to your purchases, are the entire agreement between you and gnoapps regarding the Service.
